Route Efficiency
How to Improve Route Density
A denser route can improve the economics of every crew day, but only if the service area and customer promise stay clear.

Route density is the relationship between productive stops and the time spent moving between them.
Sell into the route you already have
Start with neighborhoods adjacent to existing work. Track the address, service type, and likely production time before promising a schedule.
Protect the operating promise
Density is not permission to accept every job. A poorly scoped service can make a dense route slower than a smaller, cleaner one.
